It was really clean and perfect hotel, recommend. The breakfast was delicious even for vegans too and with fabulous food, and the staff was amazingly nice! Greatly enjoyed the twin/double room, felt like we were home. This location was particularly good, very close to Tel-Aviv, restaurants, and the center.

The venue is decent sized and fairly clean with a brilliant value and amazing staff. The setting is excellent and good, near to Jerusalem and Nazareth and a shopping mall. The breakfast is excellent, we loved it. Offers nice service and delicious food. Nice place to stay in Ra'anana, if compared to other hotels.

The breakfast each morning featured an excellent variety of options, catering to different dietary needs, made our mornings good.
The car parking situation was quite tricky, especially since it seemed to be shared with a car dealership, which could pose a real problem during peak hours.

While the location is decent, the pool is totally off-limits for kids which is just absurd for a family-oriented hotel. And don't get me started on the broken iron in my room, it was unacceptable to encounter such laziness, especially when it's so easy to replace. I almost gave this place a nice review, but just couldn't.

Good stay, great service awaits
The breakfast each morning was a good spread, with fresh and varied options. The rooftop restaurant presented fine views, made each meal nice.
While my overall experience was positive, the noise from traffic was noticeable even on the higher floors, which occasionally interrupted my peaceful moments.

The carpet in the room was disgusting, with very ugly stains in the corridor!!! It's disappointing that children aren't allowed in the pool, despite the hotel's family-friendly advertising!!! Lastly, staff at the reception seemed unaware of the services offered.

Great stay with friends! The breakfast was really amazing, and we enjoyed the large rooms. The synagogue on-site is perfect for gatherings. Just remember, parking can be a bit tough, especially during busy hours. I'd recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
